Refund Policy Net Volt
At Net Volt, we offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received — unused, unworn, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label along with instructions on where and how to send your package.
Important: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Please note that a 20% deduction may apply to the final refund amount.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned, including:

- Customized or personalized items
- Personal care and hygiene products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original product first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that banks or credit card providers may take additional time to process and reflect the refund.
